Registration is $20pp and includes your choice of:
Classic Caesar Salad with Chicken – Crisp Romaine hearts tossed with homemade dressing, Asiago cheese and pumpernickel croutons topped with grilled chicken breast.
Club Croissant - Roasted turkey, honey cured ham, applewood smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and Honey Dijon on a buttery croissant.
The Cobb - Sliced grilled chicken, shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocado, scallions, Applewood smoked bacon, sliced egg, crumbled gorgonzola tossed with lettuce and honey Dijon dressing.
Arnie’s Classic Burger - One half pound of Prime Certified Angus Beef with Swiss Cheese on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and red onion slices.
Crab & Lobster Salad - Colossal lump crab, sweet lobster, celery, creamy citrus dill with baby arugula on a rosemary focaccia roll.
All Sandwiches served with homemade potato salad and a non-alcoholic beverage including coffee, tea, sodas, lemonade, etc. Cash bar available.

Alumni Ski Day at Loon Mountain 2025
Plymouth State is coming back to Loon Mountain on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Discounted lift tickets are offered to alumni and friends attending the slopeside lunch from Noon to 2:00 PM, hosted by alumnus, Dave "Dewey" Roberts '84 at his slopeside home at Ramshorn on Loon. The $25 registration includes food and drinks including craft beer, giveaways and door prizes, and a $10 donation to Plymouth State*.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
-Discounted lift tickets ($114 per ticket) are only available for guests attending the slopeside lunch.
-If you purchase a lift ticket, it will be available for pickup from an Alumni Relations staff member between 8-10a.m. at the Governor's Lodge on Saturday, March 15.
-The address and directions to attend this event from the slopes will be sent to you in a confirmation email the week of the event.
-*Proceeds benefit the Plymouth State Men's and Women's Alpine Ski Teams.
