Plymouth State Softball Hitting and Defense Clinics
February 2nd, 16th, and March 2nd from 11:30am to 2:30pm
For students in 6th - 12th grades at various skill levels from low-intermediate to advanced.
Hosted at the ALL- Well North building 2nd floor, this series of clinics run by PSU softball coaches and players will cover throwing, fielding, hitting and baserunning. The clinics are offered on February 2nd, 16th, and March 2nd, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. each day. Registration opens at 10:15 a.m. The clinics are open to athletes in grades 6-12. The cost to attend a single clinic is $80, with discounted rates for two sessions ($140), and all three sessions ($200). Athletes are asked to bring their gloves, bats, sneakers, and water. Please include shirt size and primary/ secondary positions.

Plymouth State Youth Lacrosse Camp
Join us for an exciting lacrosse camp designed for boys and girls in grades K-6 at Plymouth State University!
This camp is perfect for young athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players looking to improve their game.
Highlights of the Camp:
• Expert Coaching: Learn from experienced coaches and college-level players who are passionate about teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse.
• Skill Development: Focus on essential skills like passing, shooting, defense, and game strategies through drills, games, and small-sided scrimmages.
• Teamwork and Fun: Build confidence, make new friends, and develop a love for the game in a supportive and energetic environment.
• Beautiful Campus: Enjoy playing on Plymouth State University’s state-of-the-art fields and experiencing the fun atmosphere of a college campus.
Camp Details:
• Who: Boys and girls in grades K-6
• Grades 1-6 Full day 8:15am -3:30pm
• Grades K-1 Half Day 8:15am-12:00pm (Learn to Play)
• Where: Plymouth State University
• When: July 14th-17th
• What to Bring: Lacrosse stick, Full protective equipment including helmet (for boys), goggles (for girls), mouthguard, cleats, indoor shoes, water bottle, and a great attitude!
• Grades K-1 learn to play just need a stick, mouth guard for lacrosse equipment Whether you’re picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time or sharpening your skills, this camp promises a memorable experience filled with learning, fun, and a passion for lacrosse
- All Full Day Campers will need to bring a packed lunch.
