Plymouth State Softball Hitting and Defense Clinics
February 1st, 7th, 15th, March 7th from 11:00am to 2:30pm
For students in 6th - 12th grades at various skill levels from low-intermediate to advanced.
Hosted at the ALL- Well North building 2nd floor, this series of clinics run by PSU softball coaches and players will cover throwing, fielding, hitting and baserunning. The clinics are offered on February 1st, 7th,15th, and March 7th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. each day. Registration opens at 10:45a.m. The clinics are open to athletes in grades 6-12. The cost to attend a single clinic is $80, with discounted rates for two sessions ($140), and all three sessions ($200). Athletes are asked to bring their gloves, bats, sneakers, and water. Please include shirt size and primary/ secondary positions.

Plymouth State Volleyball ID-Specialty Clinic - March 2026

The Plymouth State Volleyball team is excited to offer SPECIALIZED VOLLEYBALL TRAINING for girls in 9th – 12th grades, the ID-Specialty Clinic is an opportunity for players to focus on their specialties (setting, hitting or defense) with focused training from the program's coaches and athletes. The three-hour clinic is scheduled for Mar. 28th from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Foley Gymnasium. Additionally, following the clinic, an optional question & answer session with PSU volleyball players and coaches will provide participants with insight into Plymouth State, the volleyball program, the recruiting process, and what it takes to success physically, emotionally, and tactically as a collegiate-level athlete.

Middle School Volleyball Clinic-Spring 2026
The Plymouth State Volleyball team is excited to offer a one-day clinic for girls in 6th-8th grade who want to improve their volleyball skills! Players will have the opportunity to train with PSU coaches and athletes as they focus on progressing their fundamental skills. The session will culminate with scrimmages. Download here

Women's Lacrosse Prospect Clinic
This is open to any girls lacrosse player grades 9-12 interested in learning more about Plymouth State University and our Women's Lacrosse Program.
An optional drop in Team Q+A session will be offered prior to the clinic from 11:30am-12:00pm.
Our hands on clinic will run from 12:00pm-2:00pm and we'll conclude the day with an Athletics Facilities tour from 2-2:30pm.
Registration will be open a half hour prior to the session. Each participant will sign up for a specific position for the clinic during the registration process. The clinic will be held outdoors on Panther Field (Turf Surface), All lacrosse equipment required. The clinic will be $50.00 per person.

What to Expect
This clinic will be hands-on instruction from Panther student-athletes, coaching you through their favorite skills and drills. Followed by small-sided games led by the coaching staff, emphasizing decision-making and game IQ. This will be a fun but competitive, fast-paced environment designed to simulate the Plymouth State field hockey training experience.Parent & Guardian Information
