2024 Hubbard Brook PSU Campus Overnight Accommodations

PSU is pleased to offer dorm room rentals beginning the afternoon of Tuesday, July 9 (Check-in) until the morning of Friday, July 12 (Check-out).

Merrill Place Residential Hall

Rooms are basic dormitory - style with air conditioning. Guests are provided a linen packet with sheets, and a blanket for one twin bed, along with a cotton towel bath set for one. There is a pillow, but no additional amenities. Toiletries and hair dryers are not provided. Guest WI-FI and parking is complimentary.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Because we are not a hotel operation, we are unable to accommodate late check-in and/or late departures. Guests are expected to check in between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm and check out no later than 10:00 am. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.


Single Person Reservation - Room with a private bathroom - Twin bed with linen packet and a bathroom:
  • One-night stay: $129.65
  • Two-night stay: $227.30
  • Three-night stay: $324.95

    • Two Person Reservation - Double Room with a private bathroom - Two twin beds each with a linen packet and a bathroom - requestor must reserve and pay for both beds at the time of reservation*:
  • One-night stay: $237.60
  • Two-night stay: $411.20
  • Three-night stay: $584.80

    • *For two person reservation, please provide full roommate name below.

    Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by July 1, 2024 may be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Refunds for guests who must shorten or cancel their stay due to illness, injury, or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
