Gridiron Reunion - Campus Accommodations

PSU is pleased to offer dorm room rentals for Gridiron Reunion guests beginning the afternoon of Thursday, June 19 (Check-in) until the morning of Saturday, June 21 (Check-out) with full breakfast* on Saturday morning in the Newfound Room in Prospect Dining Hall.

Merrill Place Residential Hall

Rooms are basic dormitory-style with air conditioning. Guests are provided a linen packet with a twin sheet set, blanket, and a cotton bath towel set. There is a pillow, but no additional amenities. Toiletries and hair dryers are not provided.
Guest WI-FI and parking are complimentary.

Single - Person Reservation - private room with bathroom

- Twin bed with a linen packet:
  • Friday night stay with Saturday breakfast: $170
  • Thurs. & Fri. nights stay with Saturday breakfast: $295

    Two - Person Reservation - double room with bathroom

    - Two twin beds each with a linen packet. The reservation is for two guests sharing one room - The requestor must reserve and pay for both beds at the time of reservation:*
  • Friday night stay with Saturday breakfast for both guests: $305
  • Thurs. & Fri. nights stay with Saturday breakfast for both guests: $405

    • *For two-person reservation, please provide full roommate name below.

    CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
    Please note that, because we are not a hotel operation, we are unable to accommodate late check-in and/or late departures. The reception desk is staffed between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm for check in, and 8:00 am to 10:00 am for checkout. Thank you for planning accordingly.

    Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by June 8, 2025 may be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Refunds for guests who must shorten or cancel their stay due to illness, injury, or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
