4th Annual Pickleball Angels Tournament

To Benefit the Plymouth Opportunity Scholarship Angel Fund*

Location: Portsmouth Community Campus, 100 Campus Drive, Portsmouth, NH

Registration includes a participant gift, chance to win door prizes, and catered post-tournament party for players & their guests at the courts.

    • Please note:
    --All participants must accept the liability waiver and confirm they are in good health to participate in this activity before playing. This event is for individuals aged 21 and older.
    --Registration is $75 per person, and each participant must complete the online form and payment.
    --If your partner hasn’t registered yet, please have them sign up as soon as possible. The tournament is expected to sell out, and teams without full registration and payment from both partners may not be eligible to compete.
    --For the Men’s or Women’s Tournament, you may register with a partner of your choice, or be paired with one by the tournament committee.
    --For the Mixed Tournament, you are required to select and list your partner's name during registration.

    *The Angel Opportunity Scholarship offers just in time financial support for extremely needy and homeless students at Plymouth State University to help them complete their education.

    Waiver and Release of Liability- REQUIRED

    I acknowledge that playing pickleball involves risks beyond the control of Wayne or Paulette Semprini and the Town of Newington, NH. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury and damage to personal property.

    I confirm that I am properly equipped and physically able to participate in such activities and that I have no medical, physical, or other condition that might preclude my participation or result in a risk of injury from such participation.

    By registering for this tournament, I assume all risks arising from my participation in the Pickleball Angels Tournament and release Wayne and Paulette Semprini, their heirs, and the Town of Newington, NH, from any risks, injuries, damages, dangers, hazards, claims, and liability whatsoever which may arise from, during, after, or in any way related to my participation.

    Furthermore, I acknowledge that both parties in a doubles match accept responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may arise due to our participation, and I waive any claims against the aforementioned parties.

    This is a non-sanctioned event - formats are at the discretion of the tournament committee.
     
    Please note: Registration is not considered a donation (not tax-deductible). All proceeds from the tournament support the PSU Angel Opportunity Scholarship.
