2026 Greek Reunion PSU Campus Overnight Accommodations

PSU is happy to welcome you home for Greek weekend! A limited number of on‑campus rooms are available for overnight stays on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27.

Merrill Place Residential Hall

Rooms are traditional, air‑conditioned dormitory accommodations. Each guest receives a linen packet including sheets, blanket, pillow, and a cotton towel set. Shower curtains and toilet paper are provided. Please note that toiletries, hair dryers, and other amenities are not included. Guest Wi-Fi and parking are complimentary.

Single Occupancy - One guest in a private room for one or two nights.

Double Occupancy - Two guests sharing one room for one or two nights; payment for both beds is required at registration.

Suite Occupancy (adjoining rooms) - Two single rooms connected by a shared bathroom for one or two nights; payment for both rooms is required at registration.

**IMPORTANT** If reserving a double or suite, please provide the full name of your roommate or suitemate on the registration form.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

To best accommodate guests, we are pleased to offer the following check-in sessions:

• Friday, June 26, 2026, 3:00 to 7:00 PM

• Saturday, June 27, 2026, Noon to 5:00 PM

As PSU is not a hotel operation, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals or late departures. Guests are asked to plan travel accordingly to arrive during the scheduled check in periods listed above. All guests are expected to check out between 8:00 - 10:00 am, early check-out is also available.

Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by June 12, 2026 may be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Refunds for guests who must shorten or cancel their stay due to illness, injury, or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
